Members agree to abide by:

  • the national by-laws and policies of Tennis Australia, as implemented and amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, the Member Protection Policy, the Anti-Doping Policy, the Disciplinary Policy and the Code of Behaviour Tournaments and Weekly Competitions; and
  • the by-laws and policies of The Samford Tennis Club Incorporated, as implemented and amended from time to time, including, but not limited to the Constitution.
